We just closed on unit 301 at the beautiful Beachfront building on Singer Island. I represented the seller in the transaction. We had it listed on the MLS and on our web site at www.SingerIslandRealty.com for about 90 days. This is the 16th unit I have sold and my third sale this year in the building.

Beachfront was built in 2007 by Toll Brothers, Americas largest home builder. This project was their first of two buildings on Singer Island and their first high-rise tower project ever. It’s located on some of the most beautiful coastline in Palm Beach County and boasts a state-of-the-art movie theatre, fitness center, 24 hr security and concierge services.
